Hello. My name is Joan Pierce. I’ve been in real estate for over 15 years in Northeast PA. Formerly I lived in Manhattan’s West Village and a very rural area of Westchester County. I’m very familiar with trees, streams, lakes, rivers, local gardening, state parks, recreational activities such as snow- and water-skiing, horseback riding, fairs, local farms and other different and wonderful activities a person or family dream of doing during weekend, vacation, or just plain down time. I had a long term career with NBC News as a researcher. That experience and background have given me the best education I can extend to anyone looking at or interested in buying real estate (residential or rural land) in our region.
I have a good understanding of what today’s buyers are looking for – what their wants and needs translate to and have the commitment necessary to work with them short or long term to achieve their goals.
I am a Buyer’s Agent – a certified Residential Specialist – a Senior Residential expert, a Red Cross volunteer, and a dedicated agent who takes pride in connecting clients with properties they’d like to see. I like to help in all traditional ways including thinking out of the box for clients as online views don’t necessarily translate into the reality of what they’re really looking for. I work well with clients from initial contact to the last step of purchasing – the closing table.
The market and the way people view real estate today is constantly changing. Every day is different which makes for exciting property quests, negotiation with parties connected to the transaction, and researching property values daily. Real estate is my career. I can bring you value – not statistics. My mission statement is simple: “I provide the very best service and put the interests of my clients first. I’m a good listener, communicator, and effort to make your real estate experience(s) in Pennsylvania SIMPLE, SPEEDY, and ENJOYABLE.”
